If you are having problems opening attachments with your outlook look no further, we can help.
We have instructions that should help access the attachments! None of the attachments are lost, it is just the security settings on Outlook. Let me know how you get on.
Solution:
1) Open Outlook Express
2) Go to TOOLS then select OPTIONS
3) Click on the 'Security Tab'
4) Uncheck the box "Do not allow attachments......"
5) Click OK and Exit
The 'WinUpd' process may replace that checkmark.
Should the condition reappear, redo above steps.
